Her translucent sandblasted surfaces make the work appear to be illuminated from within. Her work is in the collections of Mobile Museum of Art, the Bank of Nashville Corporation, McDonald’s Corporation, IL, Morgan Keegan and Company Inc., TN, Tennessee State Museum, North Carolina State University Museum of Art and Design, Renwick Gallery of the National Museum of American Art, Smithsonian Institution, DC, and The Ogden Museum of Southern Art. Her exhibitions include the Ringling Museum of Art (FL) and the Indianapolis Museum of Art. Ms. Rush has also shown her work at the International Exposition of Sculptural Objects and Functional Art (SOFA) in Chicago.
